Therefore in this class we will utilise methods from Japanese Sotai, Chinese Dao Yin, Indian Yoga, and Western stretching regimes to improve your posture, flexibility, and whole body range of motion. This leads to better and prolonged health.

We will introduce props to enhance the outcomes as well as teach you how to give self massage using these props.

This class is designed for the everyday person who seeks more freedom of movement and less pain from stiffness and inflexibility. How to use your breathing to improve structural integrity and to increase your relaxation during stretching is a vital part of what we will teach you.
